Susan’s Doggy Spa mission is to provide excellent and caring service to every client. We provide a positive, clean and friendly environment to make your pet comfortable and to reduce stress during their visit. Our staff is continually learning about new techniques and products for the benefit of the pet and their owners. We believe successful grooming is a partnership between clients and our staff and are always willing to share our knowledge of grooming and home maintenance tips.
Hi I’m Susan Sefcek and I own and operate Susan’s Doggy Spa in Crestline, Ohio.
I have always had a great love for dogs. In 2002, I decided to make a career change and studied to become a certified dog groomer. I have always enjoyed things artistic in nature, which combined with my love for all animals, has given me the opportunity to do what I love for a living.
Those nasty entanglements of hair that may involve the topcoat, undercoat, dirt, burrs, loose hair hanging around, and just about anything your dog may have gotten into cause pain as they pull at the dog’s skin. We take extra time and care to remove these mats gently from your pet.
We only use top-quality shampoos and conditioners. Your dog will be bathed in the appropriate shampoo for their skin and coat type.
We specialize in cutting to breed (or owners) specifications and will always hand scissor to finish, giving your dog a beautiful look each time!
